The second way is more proactive. This is where we prepare a marketing plan for you. First, I prepare a presentation about you, then send it to you for your reviewand edit if necessary. this is totally confidential because your name or companyis not mentioned, only a synopsis of your background. If a company indicates intyerest, I contact you and let you know who the company is. If you approve, I'll sent them ;your resume. You will always know where your resume is going.
There is no charge to you since companies pay my fee.
We have two email programs: One is for employers, where I feature candidates I am currently working with. One is for candidates, where I list new jobs I am working on.
